I once applied in this company, They posted a job vacancy in one of those famous job sites in the Phillipines, It was stated there that they need a web developer, it includes a very convincing salary package of 30,000 PHP, therefore I got interested. I was scheduled for a 4 set of exams, 1 pratical exam and 4 set of interviews, fortunately I passed. The next day they asked me to report. Looking forward for the good news, I waited more than an hour. Finally I met the boss, He said they could only offer 20,000 PHP for a Senior Web Developer. Even if, I considered the offer and took it. The following day I have been scheduled again with the sales marketing manager, at first everything is ok, when i just mention about the salary and make joke "Mam hindi na po ba pwede dagdagan kahit konti, joke lang po".She said yun lang talaga. I replied ok po, by the way here are the requirements that you asked me to bring. She answer sige hawakan mo muna dalhin mo on the first day of your work. Then she finallized our conversation then thanked each one. The following day I got an email from them and here what is written ;
Hi ****** ;
Due to changes in most of our projects, I’m afraid to inform you but we have to hold your application to us. The project that supposed to be intended for you has been put on hold as well. Please wait for further advice as to when you suppose to report here or might as well be a reference instead.

I just wanna share this not so good experience with this kind of company. I hope that they will change such unprofessional attitude to their hardworking applicants.
